Physical Therapist-PRN, Outpatient visits IN THE HOME, Northside SA

This position is for supervisory PT visits (evluations, re-evaluations, and progress report visits) for patients at home. No productivity or quotas. All patients recently discharged from acute or rehab hospital and need continued therapy. This is not home health, no OASIS or nursing involved. PTA conducts all of the treatment visits. Approx 15 visits per week, more if wanted.

Qualifications:

Texas PT License
1 year of experience
Experience with geriatrics is a plus
Knowledge of Net Health EMR is a plus
