Our company is growing in Detroit, MI, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Enrollment Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, customer enrollment, account support, and client relations.
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment and account setup process. You'll help create a smooth, positive customer experience while ensuring enrollment information is accurate and complete.
Previous experience is not required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and team support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process
- Speak directly with customers to understand their individual needs
- Explain available products, services, pricing, and current promotions
- Help customers select options that align with their needs and preferences
- Complete new customer enrollments, account updates, and service requests
- Review customer information for accuracy and completeness
- Answer questions and provide friendly, solution-focused customer support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
- Stay informed on current services, promotions, and enrollment procedures
- Work alongside team members to support customer satisfaction and performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work full-time and on-site in Detroit, MI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable and organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
