Rise & Thrive Counseling (rise-thrive-therapy.com) is a thriving private practice dedicated to fostering growth, healing, and transformation in the lives of our clients, specializing in helping individuals facing and/or healing from narcissistic abuse. We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Therapist to join our team. Remote (*Must be licensed in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey)
Reports To
Clinical Director
Key Responsibilities
Therapist will provide therapeutic services to clients seeking counseling.
Therapeutic Services
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling (as appropriate).
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic case notes through our designated EHR system.
- Provide a conducive therapeutic environment through on-time sessions and private therapeutic space - free from distractions.
Clinical Documentation & Administration
- Complete, lock, and sign clinical notes within 24 hours of each session.
- Ensure all therapeutic client documents and assessments are completed.
- Start and end sessions on time
Coordination of Care
- Collaborate with external providers (physicians, counselors, other clinicians) as needed.
- Participate in group and individual supervision, as appropriate.
- Report any mandated incidents (e.g., to Childline or law enforcement) and inform the Clinical Director accordingly.
Professional Development
- Complete virtual in-house trainings
- Stay up to date with licensure and complete necessary continuing education.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in a clinical mental health field.
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
- Current professional liability insurance.
Compensation
- Pay: 75% of collected session fees
- 1099 Contracted Therapist

Hours
Therapist must provide a minimum of 6 appointment slots per week. Therapists will work with clinical director to determine availability.
