With continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, they're looking for a driven construction professional to play a key role in shaping the future of their New York operations.

You'll oversee complex, high-specification residential projects from site, working closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. As the business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team while progressing into a senior leadership role.

This role is ideal for a Superintendent with luxury residential experience who wants to take ownership of landmark projects, develop their leadership skills, and build a long-term career with one of the industry's leading contractors.

The Role:

• Oversee high-end residential construction projects across Manhattan
• Manage site operations and coordinate 15-20 subcontractors
• Review project schedules and ensure programme milestones are achieved
• Liaise with Project Managers, architects, designers, and clients
• Progress into a General Superintendent position as the company expands

The Person:

• Experience as a Superintendent on high-end residential projects
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ambitious and looking to progress into senior site leadership
