This growing contractor has secured a strong pipeline of multifamily developments and is expanding its site leadership team. They are now looking for a driven Superintendent to oversee on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
In this role, you will be based on projects in the San Diego area, leading day-to-day site activity across multifamily developments, with a preference for candidates who have worked on or understand modular construction methods.
The Role:
- Superintendent on multifamily construction projects in San Diego
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Managing schedules, safety compliance, and quality control
- Supporting modular construction integration (where applicable)
The Person:
- Superintendent with multifamily construction experience
- Modular construction experience preferred (not essential)
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Based in or willing to work in San Diego, CA
