In this role, you’ll lead mechanical delivery from concept through to completion, working directly with clients while mentoring junior engineers and shaping project outcomes.

The Role:
- Lead mechanical delivery across a range of complex building projects
- Manage projects from concept through to completion
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Hybrid (2 days in office) – and choose your own schedule!
The Person:
- Mechanical Engineer with experience in commercial or multi-disciplinary projects
- PE License (required)
- Experience leading projects or ready to step into leadership
- Background in complex building systems
