In this role, you’ll manage a talented mechanical engineering team and lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems for various high profile construction projects. You'll be a key decision-maker in project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation in every design.

The Role
- Lead the mechanical department, managing a team of 4 engineers/designers
- Oversee HVAC system design including cooling towers, VRF systems, and smoke control systems
- Conduct QA/QC reviews, calculations, and technical oversight of all deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, attend coordination meetings, and conduct site visits
The Candidate:
- High level of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in high-rise residential or Multifamily projects
- Florida PE license
- Strong knowledge of building codes and HVAC design principles
- Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit preferred)
