Senior IT Security Analyst

Are you a passionate IT Security professional with hands-on experience across audits, compliance, and cyber operations, looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a company’s entire security function within a global industrial automation leader?
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening and managing the security posture of a world-class engineering and technology business. You’ll lead initiatives across governance, compliance, and cyber resilience while helping to enhance processes, introduce new tools, and stay ahead of emerging threats.
In this role, you’ll act as the face of the company’s security function, working closely with internal teams and a managed service provider (MSP) to ensure alignment across infrastructure, vulnerability management, patching, cloud environments, and endpoint protection. You’ll oversee annual ISO 27001 and SOC 2 renewals, penetration tests, and disaster recovery exercises, while ensuring compliance with cyber insurance requirements and customer security assessments.

The Role:
*Coordinate and manage security audits (Cyber Insurance, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
*Lead internal and external penetration testing and disaster recovery exercises
*Handle customer security questionnaires and compliance documentation
*Oversee MSP activities across vulnerability management, patching, SOC, MDR, and cloud security
*Drive strategic improvements in tools, processes, and governance
*Act as the main point of contact for all security-related matters across the business
The Person:
*Strong technical background in IT Security in a large enterprise environment
*Hands-on experience managing audits, compliance programs, and incident response
*CompTIA Security or SSCP essential; CISM/CISSP or ISC2 membership desirable
*US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
