You'll be supported by an experienced internal team and given the autonomy to build and grow your territory.

The Role:
• Lead and deliver sales strategies to secure high-value projects
• Identify, target, and develop relationships with key clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
• Work closely with internal teams on project scope, pricing, and delivery
• Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
The Person:
• Proven experience in Sales Manager or Business Development roles
• Demonstrated success in securing and growing large accounts
• Modular manufacturing or construction experience
