The Role:
- Opportunity to specialize across Engineering, Technology, Energy, or Construction markets
- B2B sales, business development, cold calling, and relationship management
- Full-cycle recruitment role managing both clients and candidates
- Uncapped commission structure with exceptional earning potential

- Fully onsite in Downtown Austin, with flexibility to become hybrid once established
