In this role, you will supervise a small team of inspectors while remaining involved in hands-on quality activities where needed. You'll play a key role in supporting quality initiatives across the business as the company continues its journey toward ISO 9001 certification.
The company offers extensive training and support, making this an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Quality Supervisor or a Senior Inspector / Quality Lead looking to step into their first supervisory role.
The Role:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors
- Coordinate inspection activities across machining, welding, fabrication, assembly and final inspection
- Review drawings, verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met
- Support documentation, calibration programs and non-conformance reporting
- Monday – Thursday schedule with flexibility available
The Person:
- Quality Control experience within a manufacturing environment
- Welding and fabricated metal experience
- CWI certification or strong knowledge of welding quality standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM etc.)
- Leadership experience or the desire to step into a supervisory position
- Looking for long-term career growth and progression
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
