Are you a Purchasing or Procurement professional with a manufacturing background looking for a role where you'll have the autonomy to lead, influence strategy and make a genuine impact on the wider business?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of both the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of purchasing. You'll be trusted to make decisions, develop your team, strengthen supplier relationships and drive improvements that directly support the company's continued growth.
This established manufacturer is investing in its operations, supply chain and people. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, improving supplier performance and supporting the successful delivery of new projects, with genuine opportunities to progress into senior supply chain leadership.
In this role, you'll lead the purchasing function, negotiate commercial agreements, manage supplier performance, develop your team and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure materials and services are delivered efficiently. You'll also help improve purchasing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support wider operational objectives.
This role would suit a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager, Commodity Manager or Senior Buyer with leadership experience within a manufacturing environment who is looking for greater autonomy, long-term progression and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
The Role
