This role would suit a Project Engineer from a mechanical engineering background who’s looking to develop their technical expertise and work on a diverse range of challenging projects.
The Role:
- Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Apply engineering principles to electro-mechanical systems and assemblies
- Perform calculations and review drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout design, fabrication, and installation
- Provide on-site support for measurements, installation, and commissioning (10-15% travel)
The Person:
- Project engineering experience within a mechanical or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (experience with structural tools is a plus)
- Knowledge of power transmission components such as motors, gearboxes, and bearings
- Ability to perform engineering calculations
- Experience with fabrication processes is advantageous
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
