In this role, you will lead day to day operations, managing production teams, driving KPI performance, coordinating resources, and implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives. You will play a key role in developing employees, improving processes, and ensuring production, quality, safety, and delivery targets are consistently achieved.

The Role:

• Lead daily operations across Machining and Assembly manufacturing departments
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production schedules, KPIs, employee development, quality, and safety performance

The Person:

• Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Lead, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership experience
• Experience driving process improvements in some form of team environment
• Commutable distance to North Mankato, Minnesota
