The Company
This company is a fast-growing modular manufacturing business backed by significant investment and entering a new phase of expansion across North America. They are building a world-class supply chain to support high-volume production and now require a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategy, supplier relationships and material cost control.
The Role
As Procurement Manager, you will develop and manage the company’s procurement strategy across materials, components, subcontractors and key vendors.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier relationship management to ensure cost, quality and delivery performance
- Work with design, manufacturing and construction teams to forecast demand, secure supply and maintain accurate pricing, material data and BOM alignment
- Identify cost reduction opportunities, alternative suppliers and process improvements while monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues
- Support the development of scalable procurement processes, systems and documentation to enable future growth

The Person
- Experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain within manufacturing, modular/offsite, construction or industrial products
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and cost analysis skills
- Experience with BOMs, material planning and ERP systems
