This company are well established in their niche, and are now looking for a Plant Manager to drive growth plans within a key US facility.
In this role you will oversee a team of 80 employees, leading day-to-day plant operations. You will be given the autonomy to implement key changes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
This role would suit a proven senior leader who is looking to take charge of their own site and reap the rewards of successful operations and continued growth.
The Role:
- Oversee a bespoke manufacturing facility and report directly to the CEO
- Manage P&L for all departments
- Monitor KPI’s, budgets, production planning and overall plant performance
The Candidate:
- Senior leader from a Manufacturing background
- Experienced overseeing multiple departments
- Understanding and experience managing P&L across departments
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
