In this varied, high-impact role, you will take ownership of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and new product launches across a complex manufacturing environment. Working closely with Product Development, Quality, Production, and Plant Engineering teams, you will drive design-for-manufacturability initiatives, support APQP activities, and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer from an industrial, automotive, or machine shop environment, looking to step into a high impact, project focused role with the full autonomy to own and develop manufacturing processes.

The Role:

• Lead manufacturing process improvements and new product launches.
• Optimize fabrication, machining, assembly, hydraulic, and pneumatic processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Plant Engineering groups to refine product design for manufacturability.

The Candidate:

• Background in heavy manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or machine shop environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Degree qualified.
