The Role
- Lead and develop an engineering and maintenance team.
- Drive reliability, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance planning and engineering projects.
- Monday – Friday, 40-hour week.
The Person
- Maintenance management experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or similar environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience within high-volume or automated production facilities.
- Ambitious and looking to progress into senior site leadership.
