HR Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international manufacturer where you will receive comprehensive training across multiple areas of Human Resources, gaining exposure to employee relations, onboarding, engagement initiatives, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities.
The company is a leading global manufacturer with highly automated production facilities and continued investment across its U.S. operations. Due to ongoing growth and internal promotions, they are looking to add a new HR Coordinator to their expanding team.
This position would suit someone with at least 1 year of HR experience who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to build a long-term career within Human Resources.
The Role:
- Support employees and managers with HR-related enquiries
- Assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and HR administration
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Support time and attendance processes and reporting
- Receive structured training across multiple HR functions
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (some flexibility needed occasionally)
The Person:
- 1 year of HR experience
- HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar background
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Looking for long-term career growth and development
- Manufacturing experience beneficial but not required
