The Role:
- Perform mechanical, physical, chemical, and metallographic testing
- Support heat treatment operations and materials investigations
- Assist with failure analysis and process improvement projects
- Support production, quality, engineering, and customer-focused projects
The Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related discipline
- Understanding of metallurgical principles, heat treatment, and material properties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
