The Role
- Develop, deploy, and iterate on voice and LLM-driven systems for real customer use-cases
- Own architecture decisions supporting scalability, latency, and reliability

- Evaluate model behaviour across real conversational traffic and drive improvements
- Design systems that anticipate future growth and team expansion
