This position will be office based, you will be tasked with quantity take offs for material and labor, reporting & documentation for detailed reports, and estimate and control design for design build projects.

The Role :
- Quantity take off’s for materials & labor, whilst using estimating software
- Reporting & documentation for detailed cost reports
- Site Visits to gather info & understand logistics & constraints
- Develop budgets from liaising with the designers, architects & engineers
