The Role:
- Lead and supervise the engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentoring
- Oversee engineering projects from concept through to implementation
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
- Drive product, process, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and engineering resources
The Person:
- Experienced Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Experience with engineering projects, product development, or process improvement
