The role:
*Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams.
*Oversee full project lifecycles, from concept through delivery.
*Provide hands-on technical input, particularly in software and test architectures.
*Drive engineering processes, best practices, and continuous improvement.
*Support customer reviews, technical proposals, and internal development efforts.
The Person:
*Proven experience leading engineering teams.
*Broad technical foundation across software, electrical, mechanical, and systems disciplines.
*Strong proficiency in LabVIEW; experience with TestStand, DAQ, and instrumentation.
*Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
