This role will suit an Electrical Supervisor or similar from a manufacturing background, looking to build a long-term career with an exciting company.
The Role:
- Lead and develop a team of electricians and automation engineers day to day
- Oversee breakdowns, troubleshooting, and the preventative maintenance program across the plant.
- Drive continuous improvement projects on fully automated production lines
- Plan and schedule labor to keep operations running efficiently
- Support the technical development and training of your team
- Monday-Friday, days role
The Person:
- Hands on electrical maintenance background
- Previous leadership or supervisor experience
- Industry background in manufacturing, production, automotive, pharma, CPG, or similar
- PLC experience – troubleshooting and programming existing code (Allen Bradley preferred)
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
