Are you a skilled operations leader looking to drive operational excellence across a fast growing manufacturing business investing heavily in the business as they continue grow and dominate their market?
Do you want to operate autonomously with senior leadership, spearheading the continued growth and development of plant operations, with further career progression into COO?
In this key position you will lead, develop and enhance plant operations for a fast growing food manufacturing business. Work cross functionally with senior leadership you will oversee manufacturing, maintenance, quality, supply chain and logistic operations, striving to enhance operational efficiency, quality and profitability. This is a chance to drive positive change, implement strategies and play a vital role in the organizations continued success. This position would suit a strategic operations leader, with exposure to either the food or beverage industry that is able to effectively communicate goals and lead groups to excellence.
