The Role:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Engineers and Designers to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage workloads, schedules, and priorities to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Oversee design reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and constructability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance to support business growth
• Foster a positive, high-performance engineering culture

The Person:

• Background in Project Engineering or Design within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
