On offer is a technical contracts role where you will lead contract development reporting directly to the CFO, review, and negotiation support, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), manage risk, and support high-value business agreements.
This role would suit a detail-oriented contracts professional who is looking to specialize in complex agreements, working closely with leadership while being recognized as a subject matter expert while continuing to develop your skills.
The Role:
- Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial and federal contracts
- Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements
- Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies
The Candidate:
- Relevant experience in contracts, business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Experience working with commercial and/or federal contracts in a regulated environment
