In this role, you’ll handle complete setups, adjust offsets, and make minor G & M edits when needed. The work is different from job to job, and you’ll keep building your skill set through structured development and clear progression.

The Role:
- Full setups on a Vertical CNC Mill machining large parts
- Program reading with minor G & M edits
- Troubleshoot tooling and dimensional issues
- Progress through defined skill levels with ongoing training

- Strong Vertical Mill experience
- Confident with complex setups
- Able to read and adjust programs
- Wants flexibility, stability, and long term growth
1st Shift Options:
Choose your start time: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 6:30 AM
Choose your schedule: Standard 8 hour shift or 4x10s
