This is a key leadership role within a long-established manufacturing company known for its custom designs and commitment to quality. With every product built to last, they take compliance, safety, and process excellence seriously - and your expertise will be both heard and acted on across the entire organization.
In this role, you’ll lead external audits, train management on ISO 9001:2015 standards, and oversee all safety and ISO implementation across the plant. You’ll also be responsible for writing, maintaining, and improving internal processes to ensure continued certification and a proactive safety culture.

The Role:
- Lead ISO 9001:2015 certification and audits, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs across the plant.
- Train and support managers in ISO standards.
- Write, maintain, and improve internal processes and documentation.
The Person:
- Proven experience managing ISO 9001:2015 systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Confident leading audits and training management teams.
- Strong process-driven mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Exposure / familiarity with OSHA would be desirable
