In this role, you will work closely with distributors and key customers, develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and recommend cutting tool solutions. You will play a critical part in growing revenue, strengthening partnerships, and delivering high-value technical sales support.
This role is ideal for a CNC Programmer or Machinist ready to move into technical sales, offering the opportunity to get off the shop floor while still utilizing your machining knowledge in a commercial environment.
The Role:
- Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and end users
- Recommend cutting tool solutions based on customer applications
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
The Candidate:
- Background as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, or Manufacturing Engineer
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and cutting tools
- Interested in transitioning into a sales-focused role
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
