You'll own the end-to-end delivery of AI voice agents for enterprise customers, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to understand business processes, design and build AI solutions, and continuously optimise performance. From refining prompts and deploying updates to presenting insights and business outcomes, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their AI initiatives.

The Person (Must Have):
- Experience building and deploying AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, LangChain, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Background in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar client-facing role
- Excited by the opportunity to combine hands-on AI development with enterprise customer engagement
- Comfortable working directly with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Passionate about working at the cutting edge of Agentic AI within a fast-growing company
- Happy to work fully onsite in Miami
The Position:
- Own end-to-end AI agent delivery for enterprise customers
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business processes, operational challenges, and strategic objectives
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate, optimise, and enhance customer workflows
- Manage AI implementations from discovery through deployment and ongoing optimisation
- Continuously improve agent performance through prompt engineering, testing, analysis, and iteration
- Monitor performance metrics and business outcomes, presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping enterprise customers maximise the value and impact of AI across their organisation
- Develop expertise within a specific industry vertical while collaborating across a diverse client portfolio
