The Role:
- Lead multi-million-dollar commercial plumbing projects from planning to completion.
- Manage site operations, crew leadership, material tracking, and safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and trade partners to keep delivery on track.
- Mentor teams, drive quality, and ensure schedules are met.
The Person:
- Supervisory experience in commercial plumbing.
- Proven track record managing large crews and complex commercial projects.
- OSHA 30, valid driver's license, clean MVR.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
