This company is a rapidly scaling engineering firm delivering fully custom power distribution, modular switchgear and cooling systems across the U.S.
In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to define product platforms, engage customers, and bring innovative embedded solutions from concept to launch.
This role would suit a proven Product Manager from the embedded electronics, digital controls, or mission-critical systems space who wants to drive innovation and own a high-impact product portfolio.
The Role:
- Define product vision, strategy, and platform architecture for embedded power and digital sensing solutions
- Engage closely with customers to uncover needs and translate insights into high-value product features
- Lead product development with engineering/R&D from requirements through launch
- Oversee embedded solution performance, scalability, cost, and quality
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related
- Product management experience in embedded systems, electronic components, or mission-critical equipment
- Strong understanding of embedded electronics, system architecture, firmware, and digital sensors
- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear customer-driven solutions
