As part of this growth, they're looking to bring on a high caliber Engineering or Design Manager to lead from the front and make a real impact across the Americas.
In this role you'll take ownership of engineering resources across Canada, the US, Mexico and Brazil, ensuring the right people are in the right place with the tools and training to succeed. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and high-profile customers, solving challenges and driving delivery in a fast-paced global environment.
This role will suit either a Design Manager or Engineering Manager from a packaging background, with a proven track record of managing multiple engineering teams. Experience with CAD software and data management systems is essential to understand and support the challenges your team will face.

The Role:
- Manage regional design and engineering teams primarily through indirect reports
- Step in when local managers are unavailable
- Support advanced engineering centers and contribute to steering committees

- Coordinate closely with sales operations and other global teams

- Design Manager or Engineering Manager background
