About the Role
Rise Skincare LLC is looking for motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives (based in California) to help expand our teen and tween focused skincare brand across the United States this summer. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial, outgoing, and excited to build their own sales strategy while being part of a growing brand.
What You’ll Do
- Generate sales through your own outreach and strategy
- Build relationships with customers and potential retail partners
- Represent the brand in a professional and authentic way
- Share feedback, wins, and challenges with the team
Compensation
- 30% commission on individual product sales
- Additional commission structure for wholesale opportunities
- No base pay
Expectations
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the management team
- Communicate with leadership before pursuing retail or wholesale opportunities
- Accurately represent the brand and product information
