What you’ll do:
- Bring lesson plans to life through hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities
- Create and maintain daily routines that help children thrive
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Provide positive guidance and age-appropriate supervision
- Observe and document children’s growth and milestones
- Communicate professionally and warmly with families
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, team-based environment
- Be flexible and open to working with different age groups as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Preferred certifications/trainings: TECE 1 & 2, First Aid/CPR, Administration of Medication (Will need to be obtained during employment).
- A caring, dependable team player with a genuine love for children
Important details:
All staff must complete health screenings and pass required background checks, including FBI and State criminal histories, as well as child abuse and neglect clearances.
