Rise Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Franklin County! Locations consists of the following zip codes: 43228, 43235 and 43202. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Follow personalized care plans and support strategies.
• Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities.
• Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
