Duties

- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Supervise and lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Weld components as required for repairs or modifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong mechanical background.
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents related to maintenance work.
