Job Description:
As a Project Manager at Rise, you will oversee exterior home remodeling projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Your strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring our projects' success and our clients' satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations and develop installation plans accordingly.
- Inspect the client's homes before installations to ensure proper preparation and compliance with project specifications.
- Submit accurate material orders.
- Monitor job sites, conducting regular drop-ins to assess progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the exterior home remodeling industry.
- Applicants with experience in siding or windows will be strongly considered
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices, particularly windows, siding, entry doors, and gutters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
