Performance PT (Denver, CO): Out of Network Clinic | 1-on-1 | Ortho and Sports

RISE Rehabilitation and Sport Performance is an out-of-network orthopedic and performance PT practice in Denver. We treat everyday Colorado athletes: runners, CrossFitters, weightlifters, skiers, cyclists, hikers, climbers and weekend warriors. Two DPTs own the practice, and both still treat patients every day. Patients find us through word of mouth and 200 five-star Google reviews, and they come in invested and ready to do the work.
What that looks like:
- Every session is 1-on-1 for a full hour. No aides, no double-booking.
- A full schedule is 6 patients a day, with documentation time built into your day
- Manual therapy, dry needling, evidence-based care and high-level programming
- Clinical freedom to treat people the way you were trained to
- Direct access: patients don't need a referral, and you can order imaging when it's warranted
- Weekly 1-on-1 mentorship
- Monthly team case collaboration meetings
- A team that trains together, learns together and holds each other to a high standard

Compensation:
- $85,000 to $105,000/year, depending on experience
- Plus bonuses based on patient outcomes
