WHO WE ARE
Rise Realty DFW is a real estate investing company based in Richardson, TX. We find off-market houses, work directly with homeowners, and connect those deals to investors across DFW. No listings, no open houses. We find deals and we move them.
The team is small and the culture is real. We work hard, we have fun doing it, and we celebrate wins together. This is not a big corporation. You will not be invisible here.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
You will build relationships with real estate agents, investors, and wholesalers across DFW. That means getting in front of people -- grabbing coffee, making calls, sending DMs, showing up. Your job is to become the person they think of when they have a deal to move.
This is a talk-to-people, make-things-happen kind of role. If you are naturally confident and outgoing, you will feel at home here immediately.
- Reach out to real estate agents and investors through calls, texts, LinkedIn, and DMs
- Meet people for coffee or lunch and build genuine relationships
- Bring active Rise deals to buyers in your network
- Follow up consistently so no good conversation goes cold
- Keep your activity tracked so nothing slips through the cracks
WHAT YOU CAN MAKE
This role is commission-based. Here is what that honestly looks like for someone who shows up and does the work:
Year 1 -- $65,000 if you build your pipeline and put in the work
Year 2 -- $100,000 once your relationships are warm and your book is built
Cap -- None
The first few months are the build phase. You are planting seeds. The people who stay consistent are the ones earning real money by the end of year one.
