We are currently seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations by managing transactions from contract to closing. This role is responsible for maintaining timelines, organizing documentation, and ensuring consistent communication between all parties involved.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple transactions are handled simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
- Maintain and track all transaction timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, and title companies
- Review contracts and documentation for completeness and compliance
- Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time
- Maintain organized digital and/or physical transaction files
- Provide regular updates to all parties involved regarding transaction status
- Assist with administrative tasks related to transaction management

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
