What You’ll Do Respond to and follow up with inbound Zillow Flex leads Conduct buyer consultations and property showings Guide clients through purchase agreements and negotiations Manage transactions from offer to close Update CRM systems and stay organized in your pipeline
What We’re Looking For Active California Real Estate License Strong communication and follow-up habits Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Comfortable using tech and CRM platforms Familiarity with the Central Valley market is a plus
