Loan Officers earn top commissions.Client-first mindset: We wake up every day thinking about our team and our borrowers.Compensation:$150,000 - $300,000 Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads and warm transfers via phone, collect financial details (taxes, debts, etc.), assess credit/eligibility, and present tailored mortgage options.Conduct client interviews, explain loan products, and guide them through the process.Prepare/submit applications, ensure full compliance, monitor progress, and communicate approvals/denials clearly.Build referral relationships with clients, agents, and partners over time.Qualifications:Requirements – We’re looking for YOU if you have:Minimum 2 years of call center experience takinglive inbound callswarm transfers(high-volume phone sales environment a big plus).sales track record, closing deals over the phone and hitting/exceeding targets.NMLS licensethis is non-negotiable.Comfort with mortgage software (Encompass experience preferred but not required—we'll train you).Strong analytical/math skills, ability to handle confidential info, and a client-focused, honest approach.Reliability and great judgment—skills you've honed on live calls.Compensation: Highly competitive and flexible, top-tier industry payouts.
