Core Responsibilities
Market Trends & Reporting
- Identify trends in:
- Market growth and dynamics
- Geographic areas with high potential for competitive modular adoption
- Product advances and segment shifts
- Capital markets perspective on investment trends
- Deliver regular summaries to BD leadership and executives
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of:
- Active and planned development projects
- Developers by segment and geography
- Architects and GCs influencing early decisions
- Institutional clients and investors
- Track unit deliveries, entitlements, and market activity by segment
- Own CRM hygiene and reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads, pursuits, and relationships
- Produce regular dashboards and insights for BD leadership
- Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns
- Support targeted outbound BD efforts with:
- Prioritized target lists
- Deal briefs and background research
- Coordinate inputs with third-party marketing resources
- Support creation of white papers, case studies, and market materials
Required
- 0–5 years experience
- Background in:
- Commercial real estate brokerage
- Real estate research or analytics
- Strong academic real estate, finance, or planning program
- High comfort with data, Excel, CRM tools, and emerging AI tools
- Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Exposure to development or construction markets
- Experience working with sales or BD teams in a support role
- Capabilities with AI integration, database creation, and computer science are highly preferable.
- Candidates seeking quota-carrying sales roles
