What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at RISE Modular?
Brief Description
Rise Modular designs, engineers, and manufactures full volumetric modular units for multi-family apartment and hospitality projects — all built indoors, at scale, in our climate-controlled Owatonna facility. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to own day-to-day performance on the floor.
You'll lead a crew of hourly production employees in the Finish End, Rough End, or other designated areas — driving safe, high-quality, and predictable throughput while developing the team around you. This role reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Safety.
We want someone who leads from the floor, not the office. You hold high standards without being inflexible, coach people up rather than out, and treat problems as puzzles worth solving. You're organized enough to track the details and decisive enough to act when things go sideways. If you're energized by building things — teams and modules both — this is the right place.
What You'll Do
Lead Daily Production
Above all else, our team members should have a positive attitude and be flexible as to job responsibilities. We have a collaborative, team focused, and fast-paced environment and welcome team members who are interested in working for a progressive and innovative organization.
