What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Social Worker position at RISE Housing and Support Services?
RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled social worker to join our team at SunRISE Retreat. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting 8-12 residents during their up to 28 day stay with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health diagnosis. RISE offers a Social Worker:
- A starting range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year
- $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Providing psychotherapy services to residents as needed
- Facilitate community meetings and group counseling sessions
- Acclimating residents to physical surroundings, program philosophy and expectations
- Participating in crisis intervention
- Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program
To qualify you must have:
- Must be a LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC, and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the care of individuals living with SMI
- An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
- Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion
- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy
