RISE offers the Director of Fundraising and Communications:
- A competitive salary of $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Leads agency fundraising efforts
- Conducts outbound fundraising efforts including cold calls and direct asks
- Plans and manages events
- Maintains positive donor relations
- Administers fundraising database
- Develops messaging and on brand content for social media and other communications
To qualify you must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in business development, fundraising, communications, or digital media
- Demonstrated experience using donor-management or CRM software for fundraising, reporting, an donor stewardship
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and modern digital communication practices is a plus!
- Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
- Schedule flexibility for special events

- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy
