HVAC/R Technician

$5000 sign on bonus! As a Licensed HVAC/R Technician, you will repair, maintain, replace and retrofit all types of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment for the benefit of our customers. • Install, maintain, and repair various types of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems.
• Troubleshooting and service on building HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and determine the necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform system upgrades and controller cutovers
• Perform wiring checkout and assists in systems start-ups
• Perform programming sequence checkout
• Work independently
• Assist in the training of other technicians
• Interpret HVAC and electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and service.
• Work in a professional manner in both occupied finish spaces and construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
 

• 1-3 years in HVAC technology, troubleshooting, system controls and repairs
• Experience reading and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Building Automation System and Chiller repair/cooling towers and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• EPA Universal refrigerant certification required
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.

Salary : $35 - $45
